When?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

A program cycle lasts from early November to late March (give or take a week). This means from Kick-Off to Graduation. <\/span><\/p>\n

Every workshop is held in evenings, usually between 17.00 – 19.00. About 2x per month. Each workshop lasts between 1.5 – 2 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

We try to accommodate the average student\u2019s busy schedule by avoiding holidays, exam periods, and taking up too much time. <\/span><\/p>\n

Where?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Different locations in Vienna. <\/span><\/p>\n

The hosting organization often provides the event space, so sometimes we might meet in the Vienna International Centre or at a local space, like Amerlinghaus, near the city centre. We don\u2019t want the students\u2019 travel to be longer than the workshop, so all locations are close to public transport and within 15 minutes reach to the city centre.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the project?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Learning about how big organizations work towards the SDGs is one thing, but believe it or not, SDGs are not goals only achievable by United Nations but also by us! Everyone has the power to make an impact in their own community and we have the learning tools to help them do so. During the program, a team of 3-4 students will develop the concept for a small project based on the SDGs of their choice to positively impact their community in Vienna, whether that means school, neighborhood, or beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n
