Must read 🏆

I am heart struck after this! A magnificent read that will have you flipping pages eager to know more. A must for romance lovers.

I love the book cover and besides the enchanting title, the cover intrigued me. I am happy it did because I couldn't put this book down. I was laughing, crying and on the edge of my seat to know more the entire time.

After the death of her mother, Billie and her father leave Paris to return to NYC to settle down. Gifted with her own apartment, Billie finally finds some sense of freedom from the craziness of her life in the public eye. Even though she gains normalcy, she is still being closely watched by her three bodyguards, Aaron, Caleb, and David. When Caleb starts to show apprehensions and doubts about Billie's new beau, Thomas, things seem to change regarding the bodyguard/client relationship they once had. The connection between them changes and intensifies. And then to make things more complicated, there are the Swedish neighbors who open up a life of wealth and beauty to Billie.

I love the author's way of approaching tougher subjects like toxic/abusive relationships, family loss/death, being in love with multiple people simultaneously, tumultuous friendships and more. The true magic lies in the skill of the author since the book does not feel heavy despite its topics. The only thing that irks me is that Billie seems like a linear character who stays the same throughout the book and shows no progress. Caleb and William have more to them than is shown; like we've only peeled the surface. I wish more was written about them. The cliffhanger ending will definitely irritate readers, yet it succeeds in creating anticipation for what will come next. Don't miss this one.

If you are into love triangles which read more like a love square you will love this book.
