Unleash The Magnificent You!

Must read 🏆

I found this book more effective than most therapy services! Bursting with practical advice and friendly guidance on wellbeing and purpose.

Bradbury presents a huge variety of methods to get the most out of your potential, both within your professional career and your lifestyle.

The author's suggestions are based on what he has learned from his own experiences as a man in business and as a person in general. If there's a particular topic you want to improve on (examples are aspects such as anger, patience, gratitude - to name only three of sixty categories), you can identify the relevant topical chapter and dive straight in there. There is no pressure at any point in the book to read and master every single life topic.

I love reading anything that is well-structured and not littered with unnecessary jargon. This guide is very easy to read, despite the complexity of the subjects the author touches upon. That is no easy task for a writer!

I believe that the value of self-discovery cannot be over-stated because once you take the time to understand yourself better (your way of thinking, habits, behaviours, reactions etc.), you are well-equipped for being your very own problem solver. Developing self-awareness can sound a bit daunting, especially when the self-care industry is hugely saturated with tips, tricks, vitamins and often unnecessary beauty products. So, it can be a bit confusing on where to start your journey and how to kick it off properly i.e. not just by eating a bit of kale and getting your steps in.

Unleash The Magnificent You! really does all the hard work for you in the sense that it lets you pick and choose which topic you want to focus on at a time and how to maximise your success with it.

I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to identify their values properly but do not know where to start and for anyone who wants practical advice on how to develop your mindset into something a lot more positive and purposeful.

About the author

When I was 27, I started my own telecoms company on a shoestring. There were many bumps in the road, but it went very well and I sold the business a few years ago. Now I am retired, but I have a new ambition: to share the knowledge I’ve amassed and inspire others to lead a fulfilling life. view profile
